For Erin, this quote perfectly captures what real estate should be about. Being “of value” means showing up with honesty, diligence, and compassion — helping people navigate one of the biggest (and often most emotional) decisions of their lives with clarity and care. Titles and transactions matter, but trust matters more.
Erin’s real estate journey began in 2004, when she first earned her sales licence, followed by her broker’s licence in 2008. After several years working with buyers and sellers, she pressed pause in 2013 to focus on family — but never truly stepped away from the industry. Instead, she spent the years behind the scenes wearing many hats: administrator, conveyancer, tech advisor, marketing support, and all-around problem solver. (If there’s a way a deal can get complicated, Erin has probably already seen it — and fixed it.)
Re-licensed in 2021, Erin returned to selling real estate with a uniquely well-rounded perspective and a calm presence that clients appreciate — especially when the pace gets fast, the paperwork gets thick, and the unexpected inevitably pops up. Real estate can be chaotic; Erin is the steady hand who keeps things moving forward.
Born and raised in Oliver, the South Okanagan isn’t just where Erin works — it’s home. Her deep local knowledge and genuine love for the area shine through in every client relationship.
